Feelings and Emotions are even more complex than decision-making. Social Intelligent professionals are able to assess and adapt emotions around them in a fast and flexible. It’s a matter of survival for the companies of next generations.
The boundary between humans and machines will remain distant. Therefore, it is very important that companies consider recruiting, training and developing using this core competence in the near future.
It is the responsibility of the professionals to develop Social Intelligence within their companies in order to increase their value. For this reason, companies should be creating shared knowledge platforms and professionals should be taking care of their network.
